Orders may be placed by calling Customer Service, faxing in your order, or by contacting your local Sales Representative.

MINIMUMS
Minimum order/re-orders must be $300.00.
PAYMENT TERMS
USA: Payment is accepted by Net 30 (on approval of credit), C.O.D., company or cashiers check, or credit card. For new accounts, payment is accepted by C.O.D., cashiers check, or credit card.
CAN: Payment is accepted by Net 30 (on approval of credit), C.O.D., company or cashiers check, or credit card. For new accounts, payment is accepted by C.O.D., cashiers check, or credit card.
SHIPPING
USA: UPS unless otherwise requested. CAN: Maynelogistics unless otherwise requested.
QUANTITY DISCOUNT
Order 12 or more of any one style number(including mixed stones) and receive 10% off those items.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We understand that occasionally a special order is necessary to fulfill a customer request. In order to cover handling charges, special orders under $300.00 will be subject to a processing fee of $5.00 in addition to shipping.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
For returns of $50.00 wholesale or less, you may call Boma directly at (866) 366-BOMA (2662) for a return authorization number (RA#). This number must appear on the outside of the package or it will be refused. For returns of more than $50.00 wholesale, please contact your Boma Sales Representative so that we can expedite your request. We regret that we cannot accept returns on discontinued or tarnished merchandise.
STERLING-SILVER
All Boma jewelry is made from .925 sterling-silver. Due to the natural softness of sterling, Boma utilizes stainless steel post ear backs for a more secure fit.
GENUINE STONES
Please keep in mind that many naturally occurring stones will have what may appear to be imperfections, including color variances and a visible matrix. These qualities are a reflection of the natural character of many stones and should not be regarded as flaws. Boma makes every effort to ensure a consistent quality of stone for every piece of jewelry.
PRICES
All prices are wholesale. Our suggested retail is 2.5x markup from the listed price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
