What’s Inside the 2025 Report?

• 1,074,803 lbs. of carbon offset through our partnership with CarbonClick

• 75% reduction in office emissions after relocating to a smaller, more sustainable Seattle HQ

• 6,989 ounces of silver recycled back into our supply chain

• Bi-weekly shipping now reduces overseas freight emissions

• Ethical wages and working conditions maintained at our partner factory in Thailand

• Circularity in action: through our Recycle Back Program and Ridwell partnership, we keep damaged and unwanted jewelry out of landfills

This report isn’t just a compliance document—it’s a mirror of our values in motion. As a B Corp, we’re evaluated against one of the most rigorous third-party standards for social and environmental performance. Our benefit report complements that by holding us accountable at the legal and governance level. It ensures our mission can endure across time, leadership transitions, or even changes in ownership.
