Dear Friends,

As I write this letter, the rise in violent attacks against Asian-Americans shakes our country and the world. As a proud American company created by Asian immigrants that owns our manufacturing in Thailand we aim to highlight the importance of action both in front and behind the curtain.In this moment of reckoning, we will be a strong voice advocating for equity for the full supply chain. Boma is a proven and lasting example of this.

We believe that companies must work in partnership with their supply chains to create shared value together, all while addressing environmental and social problems and building a valuable company that customers love.In highlighting issues such as race and equity, we bring up the unspoken barriers to achieving positive environmental impact. Through our 2021 sustainability report, we hope to highlight how we’re doing, what we’re working on and what work we have left to do moving forward.
