We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of web orders made through www.bomajewelry.com on an item that is in original condition within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How do I request a return or exchange?

To make a return or exchange request, please email our customer service team at help@bomajewelry.com.

Do you charge for return and exchange shipping?

After you contact our customer service team, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to process your return. Please note that we require you to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with a copy of the original invoice with instructions on your package to "return for refund". Upon receiving your package, Boma will refund the purchase amount (minus shipping) to the original method of payment.
